Specialized Systems-
A simple E-Stop that shuts off a machine is no longer acceptable. All safety systems must be ‘fail-safe’. A fail-safe system incorporates a safety relay or controller that ensures the operator is still protected, even if one system fails.
Take an E-Stop for example; If the E-Stop fails or is broken, the machine will continue to operate. The operator then has no protection and cannot turn the machine off in an emergency.
If the E-Stop had a fail-safe system incorporated, another system would detect this malfunction or error, and either stop the machine or take control as a secondary system, to protect the operator.
All of our systems comply with Australian Safety Standards
Simple, easy to use operator controls is what sets us apart from the rest.
